- Prices vary based on each animal's pedigree, quality, temperament, and confirmation. - We guarantee only that animals you purchase will be healthy at time of sale. We cannot guarantee that animals will do well in the show ring or the milking stand; we can only provide our opinion. Once the animal leaves our property, it is in your care and under your responsibility.
- All vaccination, de-worming, and other medical information will be provided to the buyer. If you require a health certificate or would like additional testing done, it will be at the buyer’s expense and must be paid in advance. We do random testing which is available upon request, but anything further will be responsibility of the purchaser.
- All of our kids will be sold disbudded and tattooed (if applicable) with an application for ADGA registration (if eligible). Per ADGA guidelines, the tattoo and name prefix will follow our farm. If you kid was not disbudded or tattooed for any reason, it is sole responsibility of the purchaser to complete, you cannot bring your kid back for us to do.
- We CANNOT accept responsibility for a goat that does not meet your expectations at maturity. There are no guarantees of potential. It is a risk with any livestock/animal purchase that all take.
- To reserve a kid, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required; otherwise kids will be sold first come first choice. Of course we reserve the right to retain any kids and your deposit will be refunded.
- Kids are to be picked up the week following their birth unless otherwise agreed upon. If a kid is with us longer than 2 weeks, a $5.00 per day boarding fee will be charged.
- All animals are sold As Is, No Returns! IF an animal dies within 24 hours of leaving our farm a refund will be granted if you can provide a vet report stating the animal was sick. We will not refund the vet charge, only the purchased amount.
- By signing & agreeing to our sales policy you are agreeing to all terms as stated above as well as confirming that you have visually and physically examined the animal and find it to be in sound condition. By signing the below you agree to the terms/conditions mentioned above: we can provide a printed copy of these agreement at your request.
